We know how important it is for our customers to receive their delivery on time and to ensure that you select the right delivery for you please find our delivery information below.
FREE OF CHARGE DELIVERY AVAILABLE UK ONLY
Free delivery operates weekdays Monday - Friday between 8am and 6pm, to ensure you get all your goods before the weekend, please place your order by Tuesday at the latest to receive by Friday.
Please note that during busy periods this service can take 5-7 working days.
For all our standard orders we use Royal Mail Tracked service

Need that item asap? Simply place your order before 5pm Monday-Friday. We are also offering a next-day service sent out on Sunday for arrival Monday. This means any orders placed between 18.00 Friday and 12.00 Sunday will be delivered on Monday.
Next Day Delivery is a working day delivery service and any orders placed after Friday 5pm, will be delivered the following monday.
Bank holidays and public holidays are for resting, so any next day deliveries placed on these days will be despatched by our team the next working day.

If you have selected DPD Delivery DPD will delivery your parcel on Saturday between 8am-6pm.
If you’re nominated day is Saturday but you’ve ordered in the week, it’s cool. We hold on to your items and make sure it’s despatched on time so it’s delivered exactly when you want it.
All our deliveries are handled by DPD or Royal Mail, Hermes. Reliability is key, which is why we use a signed-for delivery service. Please make sure you or someone you know will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery.
If no-one is in, we’ll make sure we leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot.
Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we have received your parcel, please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund to the original payment method minus any shipping charges and handling fees if using our Easy Returns Method. We will notify you when this has been done.
Any items deemed in an unsaleable/ineligible for refund (not returned in their original condition within 28 days or receipt, damaged, soiled or with tags or security tape removed) will be rejected as a return and the customer will be notified by email. We do not accept returns products that are used. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels. We advise that you keep hold of your returns tracking number until your refund has been processed.

If you have misplaced your returns form please ensure that you include a note in the parcel with your returned item with your name, order number, reason for return and the items you wish to return. For more information
WHERE IS MY REFUND?
We will process your refund within 10 working days of receipt of the goods minus any shipping charges if using our Easy Returns Method. We will send you an email to confirm your refund has been processed.

The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over. The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Returning Goods You are given a return label with your purchase where you can return your items for free with the label we provided We will not be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend using our trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery. Exchanges If you need to exchange a product for the same one, contact us. Please note that We only replace Goods you received defective or damaged.
Gifts If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You. If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
